If Google is saying "I can't connect to the Internet right now" when you say "Okay Google", there is likely a problem with your wireless network. Follow the steps below to try to troubleshoot the issue.
First, check to see if other online devices are working and able to connect to the Internet, such as a computer or mobile phone. If you are having problems with your other devices as well, the issue is with your wireless network. You will need to contact your Network Administrator or Internet Service Provider.
Unplug both your modem and your wireless router, wait 10 seconds, and plug them both in. Wait 5 minutes and try accessing the Internet again.
